No matter your fitness level, age, or gender, we have programs designed to suit you. Whether you are looking for BJJ, MMA, muay thai, boxing, wrestling or kid’s classes, we have a program designed to fit your needs and goals.

ATTIRE REQUIREMENTS:
 Gi Classes require a gi. If this is your first jiu jitsu class, we have loaner gi’s available for your free trial. For No-gi classes, students must wear a rash guard and shorts. MMA, Muay Thai, Boxing and Wrestling, students should wear fitness/workout attire.

Jiu Jitsu Classes

Gi Classes are with the traditional jiu jitsu uniform. If you are trying out jiu jitsu for the first time, we have gi’s you can use during your free trial. 

No-Gi Classes are taught in non-traditional attire (rash-guards). Shorts must be worn over leggings. 

Fundamentals Class | Rank: White Belt

Our Fundamentals class is designed to introduce our beginner students to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and train white belts toward their blue belts. The fundamentals program focuses on combining basic motions/techniques. Students will learn the primary goal of BJJ– to gain a dominant position, stabilize the position, and achieve a submission.

Intermediate Class | Rank: White Belts with Four Stripes and Up

Intermediate class is where students begin to develop their own BJJ style. Our instructors teach a series of moves and techniques to encourage students to experiment with their own unique style. At intermediate class, students will begin to experience several different styles within BJJ, and have an opportunity to test their game against higher ranking belts.

Advanced Classes | Rank: Purple Belt and Up

More advanced techniques and concepts will be taught in the classes. 

Martial Arts Classes

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) | Rank: All Levels for intro classes, Competition Class is invite only

This program is designated specifically for our professional and amateur fighters. In our MMA program, fighters will drill different techniques ,spar and grapple during training rounds of varying lengths.

Muay Thai/Thai Boxing | Rank: All Levels

In Muay Thai, also known as Thai Boxing, students will learn striking and kicking techniques to defend themselves.

Muay Thai/Thai Boxing Conditioning | Rank: All Levels

Conditioning for muay thai to improve strength, speed and cardio.

Boxing (American style) | Rank: All Levels

Learn boxing fundamentals, basic punch combinations, and techniques. 

Kids Classes

Our Kids program offers gi and no-gi classes. Children are placed in classes based on their age. We teach children BJJ techniques and self-defense in a fun, high-energy environment with an emphasis on physical fitness and discipline. In addition to learning BJJ, students participate in various games to improve their motor skills, as well as promoting confidence, teamwork, and discipline.
